Abstract

This research delves into the effectiveness of teaching translation in foreign language education. Through this article, we aim to shed light on the challenges faced by pedagogical translation teachers in the Department of French Language as a Foreign Language. The focus is on the practical difficulties encountered by practitioners in the field on a daily basis, rather than theoretical foundations that continue to be debated by theorists to this day.

Following the presentation of these challenges, practical solutions are proposed, supported by theoretical consensus in the context of foreign language teaching and its relationship to translation
