This paper falls within the framework of “Computational Linguistics” and aims to reveal the reality of Arabic “machine translation” programs. Efforts to develop them are still modest, as they are limited in number and use compared to other foreign programs and applications. Despite some Arab attempts that have invested in a deep understanding of the characteristics of the Arabic language, its different contexts and dialects, as well as the use of artificial intelligence. This is an ambitious task that deserves the positive participation of all those involved in the field of Arabic language computing.
