Abstract

the relation between the culture, the language ant medical terms translation and emphasized the importance of the cultural element in the translation process. In addition, the researcher defined the meaning of both Domestication and Foreignization, highlighted the principle ideas of Venuti and Nida obout these strategies and axposed the different procedures of Peter Newmark to detect the appropiate ones that can be used to translate medical terms without losing their characteristics.
