يُعدّ التواصل الفعّال عاملاً أساسياً في جودة الرعاية الصحية، لا سيما في السياقات متعددة اللغات واللغات. في الجزائر، حيث تتعايش العربية والأمازيغية والفرنسية ولهجات مختلفة، تزداد مخاطر سوء الفهم بشكل ملحوظ، خاصةً بين المرضى الأميين. وقد تؤدي الحواجز اللغوية والمعرفية الناتجة إلى أخطاء في التشخيص، وإعاقة الالتزام بالعلاج، وتقويض النتائج السريرية. تستكشف هذه المقالة دور الترجمة الفورية كأداة وسيطة أساسية بين أطباء الأسنان والمرضى، مما يُعزز وضوح التواصل ويضمن نقل المعلومات الطبية بشكل سليم. استناداً إلى دراسة ميدانية أُجريت في تلمسان، تُسلط الدراسة الضوء على التحديات التواصلية التي يواجهها العاملون في مجال الرعاية الصحية، وتقترح توجهات عملية لتحسين التفاعل بين الطبيب والمريض في السياق الجزائري.
