الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة الترجمة من حيث: - مفهومها. - كونها وسيلة لتوليد اللغة وتوسيع بنيتها. - كونها أداة تحصيل العلوم والمعارف باللغات الوطنية. - كونها أداة التحرر اللغوي من التبعية للغات المنتجة للعلوم والمعارف. - كونها أداة ومظهر التبادل والتفاعل بين الحضارات والثقافات واللغات . - كونها أساس الحركات الفكرية الكبرى، والنهضات الجضارية العظمى : النهضة العربية الاسلامية، النهضة الغربية الحديثة، النهضة اليابانية... - حاجتها إلى المأسسة وإلى مشاريع وطنية وقومية كبيرة واستراتيجية : مؤسسات، أطر، ميزانيات ضخمة. - كونها أساس أي تقدم أو تنمية ممكنة.
