Sociolinguistics and its role in activating translation.

Abstract

: Perhaps one of the methods of preserving the Arabic language is to activate the translation movement, as translation has always been a basic bridge for the transfer of knowledge and science between peoples, as the steps of development in all its levels proceeded through major translation movements that convey to the young rising peoples the summary of what the scientific and artistic movement has reached. " Sociolinguistics" is one of the branches of "linguistics" that is most concerned with "translation", through "linguistic planning", which has an important role in stimulating the translation process, especially with the help of artificial intelligence techniques.
