الملخص

ملخص: تعتمد ترجمة الأدب القوطي على نقل عوامل ثقافية ورمزية يمكن أن تكون غير مألوفة بالنسبة لقارئ اللغة الهدف، إذ يتعين على المترجم نقل تلك المضامين مع إعطاء الأولوية لشعور الرعب الذي يجب أن ينتاب القارئ والذي يعد أهم خاصية لهذا النوع من الأدب. ومن أجل الوصول إلى ذلك يجب على المترجمين تحقيق التكافؤ من خلال إيجاد عبارات تُحدث نفس الأثر الذي تحدثه تلك الموجودة في النص الأصلي، لكن عندما يتعذر فعل ذلك، يلجأ البعض منهم إلى استراتيجية الحذف التي قد تم توظيفها بكثرة عند ترجمة قصة إدغار آلان بو القصيرة "سقوط منزل عائلة آشر" لذا تطرقنا في بحثنا إلى استراتيجية الحذف لنرى إذا كانت هذه الأخيرة كفيلة بتحقيق أثر الرعب في نفسية قارئ اللغة الهدف وذلك من خلال دراسة نماذج تحمل في طياتها رمزية القصص القوطية.
