is considered one of the essential issues which are at the centre of interest of pedagogical researchers and educators, due to its solid link with the educational and social system on the one hand, and because language is a means of expression and communication, which are its most prominent social functions, and depending on them, it acquires skills and experiences in various learning activities on the other hand. From the course of our discussion in this research on the effect of the linguistic interference between standard and colloquial on the Arabic language learner in the first phase of primary education, we are attempting to find out the language used by the learner in the class and to tell the effect of the interference on the Arabic language learner at this stage, and how teachers deal with learners who face this problem. As the study resulted in its theoretical and practical parts that the learner in the early stages of education lacks the methods of communication in standard Arabic, due to the influence of the mother tongue, which is a natural based on the data of the social reality of Algerian families, the latter acquires him his mother tongue away from the formal form of Arabic.
