Linguistic and dialectical diversity in the Algerian society and its implications for the learner's linguistic achievement

Abstract

 This study aims to investigate the issue of linguistic and dialectical diversity and the extent of its impact on the language of instruction in the classroom. This study is based on the descriptive and analytical approach. By addressing the meaning of linguistic diversity and talking about the reality of linguistic diversity in Algerian society, with identifying the causes of linguistic diversity in this milieu, and the extent of the impact of this linguistic diversity on learners in the school milieu, and we concluded that multilingualism is a linguistic phenomenon that can be invested positively as it is just a linguistic diversity that enriches Language and not destroy it.
