Mechanism of scientific translation in receiving a modern linguistic lesson (The dialectical lesson as a model)

Abstract

Translation is the mediator of various sciences and knowledge among human civilizations, and it has great effectiveness in developing sciences and revealing all that is new among the people. Given the explosion of knowledge and technology, the world today is witnessing a great demand for the use of this technology, which is translation, in translating knowledge and Western sciences, whether humanities, linguistic sciences, natural sciences, or technology. Unfortunately, if we move to the linguistic reality, we will find a stand-alone problem about the mistranslation of concepts and terms, and this is due to several reasons and factors, most notably the absence of the scientific epistemic methodology for translation, and the lack of translators specialized in the linguistic lesson. For this reason, several problems emerged, including the deviation from the modern linguistic lesson, and the misunderstanding of theories, and from this we find that the poor translation of what the West has reached in the dialectic lesson has made many Arab researchers today look at the study of dialects as a subversion of the classical and thus it has been marginalized and removed from scientific interest.
