مقاربات الترجمة في منظمة الأمم المتحدة كترجمة مؤسساتية بين النظرية والتطبيق.

Abstract

ملخّص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف المقاربات الترجمية المعتمدة من طرف منظمة الأمم المتحدة كترجمة مؤسساتية في ترجمة وثائقها، معتمدين في هذا على المنهج التحليلي النقدي وعلى نظرية بيتر نيومارك (1981) في المناهج الدلالية والتواصلية ونموذجه لإجراءات الترجمة من خلال تحليل ترجمة إحدى الوثائق المهمة الصادرة عن المنظمة والمتمثلة في "خطة التنمية المستدامة 2030" من الإنجليزية إلى العربية، والنظر في مدى محافظة هذه المقاربات والإجراءات على محتوى الرسالة ونقل معانيها بدقة. ولقد بينت النتائج أن المقاربة الدلالية هي المقاربة المعتمدة من قبل المنظمة في ترجمة هذا النوع من الوثائق، إلى جانب استراتيجيات الترجمة المباشرة خاصة الترجمة الحرفية لتمكنها من إنتاج نصوص مترجمة مطابقة للنصوص الأصلية نظرا لحساسيتها وتوخيا لتحقيق أهداف المنظمة التواصلية بشكل دقيق وفعال. Abstract: This research aims to explore the translation approaches adopted by the United Nations as an institutional translation in the translation of its documents, using the critical analytical method, and Newmark's theory (1981) in semantic and communicative approaches, and his model of translation procedures to analyze the translation of one of its important documents "The Sustainable Development Goals 2030" into Arabic, and looking at the extent to which these approaches and procedures have maintained the content of the message and accurately conveyed its meanings. The results indicated that the semantic approach plus literal translation procedure was adopted by the organization in translating the document, which successfully produced an identical translation to the original document formally and semantically.
